Oooh... lovely... I'd make a new messanger style bag for my husband if I were lucky enough to win these!
ReplyDeleteI adore this collection! I would love to make a pinwheel quilt which will show off the organic illustration of the design and really highlight how the Miscellany collection works as a cohesive unit. Something like this: http://sewmamasew.com/blog2/2011/06/summer-sewing-pinwheels-in-the-park-pattern-tutorial/

Gorgeous prints! I'd make a bag and a cute little skirt for my niece. :)
ReplyDeleteHmm...well, I don't quilt, so I'm thinking I would use them to make some clothes for my little cousin. Fat quarters are great for accents on clothes--front panels or details or whatever. Though I'd love to keep them for myself!

ReplyDeleteRight now I am looking for interesting and out of the box prints for use in my current work, (which I can cut up into small patches, using the different elements from each print). I adore the variety in this collection and think they would be perfect!
ReplyDeleteI'm making something with a lot of grey or black as a background and simple squares of the fabric. Thanks for the giveaway.
ReplyDeleteI suspect these would wind up in some bags, sweet zipper bags, and as the focus fabric of larger handbags mixed with a solid. YUM!
ReplyDeleteAlthough we normally use donated recycled fabric to make morsbags, I have a lot off quilting friends who give me their leftover fabrics. When we are lucky enough to get fat quarters I use different but complimentary ones on each side of the morsbag. These lush fat quarters would make lush morsbags
ReplyDeleteOoooooh! I am lusting after this fabric collection. I would be thrilled to win the fat quarter set, as (ahem) I have been placed on a fabric diet by my husband while I am on maternity leave with our third son and finances are a bit tight!
