Bold. Dynamic. Primary.
iHaus has started to ship and we'll be bringing you some project inspiration soon. In the meantime, download this free quilt project which uses only 1/4 yd of each print and some complimentary solids.
Thank you for this awesome quilt project! I am already starting to make it. :) I ran into a bit of a stumble. I think you are supposed to cut 18 squares of each solid, not 12. I am so excited about this quilt. Off to start sewing HSTs!
love the quilt BUT please tell me the name of the print or the artist of the dog picture over the red couch the quilt was photographed on--I need that picture.
Hi Linda - so happy you like my barking dog painting! It's one I did in college (not much of a painter, really- just something I did in class). It's a one and only original. :)
Oh my gosh, the way you combined those prints is breathtaking. I love that you took such thoughtful advantage of the way bright colors can blend into gray. (Also, I'm just generally a sucker for black + white + primary colors.)
Are you on Kollabora, the online crafting community? A lot of us have been experimenting with quilting lately, and I really want to see what the others would make of this pattern.
I love this quilt and the fabric! Absolutely stunning and so modern!
