  1. I love this collection. I have been finding it interesting that there is a lot of emphasis on selecting colours depending on the seasons in the US. I'm in Australia and most people I know wear the same things year 'round. You might see more white in summer and black in winter and then there's the clear trends in fashion but I think when you reach your late 30s you tend to stick with the colours that suit you rather than following trends. For my home I have a chosen colour scheme for each room and they remain like that all the time.

  2. I love your fabrics! I originally found them at the Portsmouth Fabric Company. Maybe a larger repeat in design for more home fashions, like curtains.

  3. This is such a fun collection, I really love the colours. I would like to see more quirky patterns and interesting graphics. I love the 'my happy nursery' elephants, so cutesy things are not just for kids would be great!

  8. I would like to see more small projects. I'm really drawn to fabric objects that can be hung on a wall. Small quilts, wall hangings etc. Love the fabric.

  9. Love these fabrics. In fact, I bought the orange flowers for a quilt I'll be making.
There really isn't anything I'd change with your fabrics, they are so soft and the colors you chose are my favorite, so keep doing what you're doing!

  10. More whales! :D On a more serious note, in termsd of projects, I'd love to see some wall hangings (mini quilts, I guess). And, I agree with the comment about larger patterns for curtains, etc. That would be pretty awesome.

  11. I'm all about garment sewing at the moment. I'd love to see tops made with non-stretch types of cotton, because they're so readily available, and so much more interesting than most knits!

  12. Gorgeous fabrics!
I would second Alisa's comment and add bags to the list!

  13. I LOVE this line, and I'm so excited about Alegria! I'd like to see some oil cloth. Here in Texas we've cooled off just enough to spend time outside, so I'm looking for outdoor projects - tablecloths, large pillows, cushioned chairs, grilling aprons - with easy-to-clean fabrics.

  23. Would love to see you make some more little boy prints! Thanks!

  24. I agree with Suki, organic solids to match your collections - I love how all the prints coordinate really well across the collections (the pinks and reds in the coral print in beyond the sea match the crimson nature walk REALLY well!) so solids to match would be perfect.
Other than that, perhaps something for older girls (floral/pinks/purples) would be good, but I always adore everything you come up with.

    ReplyDelete
  25. I agree with Sukie, organic solids would be great!

    ReplyDelete
  26. solids! in the neutral colors that tend to be used in the other lines would be fabulous! it is actually hard to find nice organic solids in more subdued colors. excellent job with your graphics work though- it is tough to think of better things for those lines! maybe songbirds?

    ReplyDelete
  27. Your collections are so unique! Maybe a couple panels for some quick quilts or pillows?

  40. i am always interested in more patterns, for beginners, and those without children, so things for the house, gifts, etc. I love this giveaway, so glad to get a change to win!

    ReplyDelete
  41. Lovely fabrics! Maybe some sort of travel accessories, e.g., make-up bag, jewelry roll, etc.

    ReplyDelete
  42. What a great bunch of fabric. They're all wonderful.

I agree with a few of the comments so far about easier tutorials for those of us who need to build confidence a bit in our sewing or quilting skills. My interest right now would be great things for the holidays such as gifts we could make that could be anything. I would love to see table runners that can be made from charm packs, stockings, things like that.

Another thought would be introductions about fabric designers that are lessor known/seen. There are SO many designers out there and so many fabulous fabrics and so many of them I've never seen anything about the person behind those fabulous fabrics. That would be fun to highlight some of those people. I'm sure they'd also love getting the word about themselves out more too.

    ReplyDelete
  43. I love what you're doing. For some reason I can't think of anything specific I want to see. I just want more! I love having so many beautifully designed organic fabrics to choose from! Maybe more awesome basics? It seems like most of the fabric in your lines are all super nice, and almost any one of them would be a great "feature" print, but not many of them are basics that can blend with other lines. One of the things I love about Aneela Hoey's fabric lines have been the prints that coordinate with her feature prints. They are all fun and imaginative, but super versatile.

  44. Love this collection, it's so pretty! I would love to see more flannels, and maybe voile? And yes, I agree with all the others who suggested organic solids too! Thanks for a month of great giveaways!

  45. This is my favorite line yet! I'm currently working on a quilt for my nephew's first birthday using Across the Pond and it's turning out great!

I really love robots, so I'd love to see some robot prints from you guys.

  46. These are great! I like a nice mixture of large and small prints for quilting.

    ReplyDelete
  47. I love your fabric! If I were to suggest one thing...maybe more craft projects for children!

    ReplyDelete
  48. I love Cloud9! Seriously, my fabric stash isn't big (yet) but you guys probably make up half of it (:

I'd love to see what you would do with an upholstery or home dec weight line.

  49. I love this fabric - I do like retro 50's and 60's inspired fabric. So more fabric like Cut Out & Keep is one on my wish list.

    ReplyDelete
  50. I love your fabrics- especially the fact that they are organic! I'd love some more subtle clothing fabrics. Maybe some small florals? Thanks!

Bags seem to be a big thing these days, so maybe some bag tuts or some interesting fab combos for bags?

    ReplyDelete
  56. The heron print is awesome - I love it!
I've recently used laminated cotton and love it, so some prints in that would be great (I know you can laminate your own but I'm a bit too scared to try that!).
    thanks for a great giveaway

  57. Love all your collections, especially the latest Across the Pond. I would love to see some complimenting solids, stripes or spots in similar colours as Across the Pond, to mix in as borders, backings and bindings. Maybe you could incorporate that with your next collection. Thanks Meg

  58. I'm looking for someone to make some fabrics with calligraphic writes... I heart them! To do shabby chic pillows, you know, so beautiful. Fraktus fotn, or gothic font, or english eighteen century's corsive font, so romantic... with poems or calligrammes....

    ReplyDelete
  59. I really like this fabric collection, but perhaps some of them, like the herons, could be in voile for dressmaking? or corduroy? I'd be a very happy bunny if you did! Thanks!

  60. love your fabrics. would love to see some organic knits for children - boys and girls.

  62. oh i would like to see a vintage beach theme in yr fabric collection :)

    ReplyDelete
  63. Waaw, still loving all the collections. But I would love to see 'stretching'- fabrics: ribbings or cotton with elasthan in it or something like that WITH PRINTS ON IT, my costumers in Europe are asking me that a lot, because it is so hard to find in an ecological/ organic production, only plain in classical colors (grey, marine- bleu, red,...).
I hope to win the nice fabrics, than I can sew nice new things with my students with it!

    ReplyDelete
  64. Just lovely! I'm all about fabric storage bins and totes right now so laminated fabrics would be terrific!

  67. I'd love to see some branching out from quilting cotton. For example, some of the Maman prints would be gorgeous in a lawn or voile to use for a delicate blouse. I love all of your lines though, so anything you continue to create is good by me :)

  70. You know, I'm just amazed at the variety and stunning material and colors! Not sure what you need to change... I will be needing fabric for curtains very soon for my new home... so that would be wonderful! thank you!

    Hope I win!

  71. I would add another vote for complementary solids in quilt weight. The fabrics you use are of such lovely quality that one hesitates to mix in other fabrics when quilting.

  72. I would love to still be entered in to win in this last giveaway!

  73. There are currently two women I really like to follow on the internet because of how inspiring they are and because I love their style. Of one of those women you already are producing a line of fabrics in the sping of 2012 (Geninne), of the other I would also love to see what she would put on a fabric. This woman is Tif Fussell (or Dottie Angel).
But I have to say, I already absolutely love many of your fabrics!

    Love, Maike
