  6. Ooh, I was going to recommend the same store as DianeH. That's where I got all my sewing stuff when I first started (machine, tools etc). It's pretty awesome but sadly I don't live in the area anymore but I'll still recommend it:

  8. Hi Michelle and Gina! I love the Clouds you sent me! It feels so nice, such a great silky hand. I would love to creat with the 1/2 yard bundle OR the fat quarters. I am going to give you the local shop here in town. They have quite a devoted fan base but are in NEED of a bit more variety. I think your stuff would be just the thing for some of the younger (my age) quilting set here in town.

  11. Hello, Here in the Uk I think we're sadly lacking in quality fabric shops, although I'm lucky that I live near the Patchwork Garden, 360 Abbeydale Road, Sheffield, S7 2BA, UK
+44 114 2583763, which manages to pack loads into a small shop.

We also have a chain of department stores called John Lewis which sell some fabric, but not enough - they need more. They pride themselves on the quality of what they sell - you should get in touch! The sales staff are really helpful; like asking your mum what to do when you're stuck. This is my local shop: John Lewis, Barkers Pool, Sheffield, S1 1EP, UK. www.johnlewis.com

  81. Congrats on the beautiful offering. I can see using these for a variety of applications: kids' stuff, clothing for me, pillows...and you know that strangers will come up to you to compliment & ask what & where to buy! Maybe you should include a stack of business cards with every purchase?

I enjoy enhancing my stash with fabric from SoFunFabrics on Etsy. Great service, nice variety.

    Thank you!!!

I'm from Scotland and unfortunately bricks and mortar shops are scarce here, don't have a great selection and are so expensive.

I therefore buy most of my stuff online. I love Repro depot and sew mama sew but for value for money, excellent choice and great customer service I love fabricshack.com.

  177. Love the new line!
I have bought some lovely fabric from
Quilting from the Heart in Camrose, AB, Canada
    www.qfth.ca
Their website isn't much, and they don't sell online (I think), but their brick and mortar store has fabulous stock with extremely helpful salespeople.

    Thanks! Carol

  187. My favorite fabric shop is the same as the first commenter's--such a small world.

It's Forget Me Knot Quilt Shoppe in Louisville, Kentucky. They've got helpful employees and scads of inspiring quilts on display. I can never walk by without stopping to at least peer in the window. Their number is (502) 458-6868.

Your new fabric looks so amazing! I'd definitely love to get my hands on some.

  196. Universal Fabric Center
    2530 Times Blvd, Houston, TX
    (713) 521-4544

If it wants a bit more quality than is found at Joann's, but not the hassle of going downtown to High Fashion Fabrics, we go to Universal. Got great bargains after Tropical Storm Allison a decade ago -- anything where the bottom 6 inches had gotten waterlogged was quite cheap!
